Loved the cat paintings! Some things never change! And do you suppose that floor plan was for real? I see the house sold so I can’t imagine it was properly drawn. Especially for CA where you need to be able to get out of the house quickly in case of a …… you name it! Also I hope that whoever bought the ‘shovel ready’ kept it the way it is. OMG it is beautiful.
