I am SO happy I don’t eat fish! Neither Captain D’s nor fine dining fish appeal to me. The only fish I like is caught by someone and fried in a pan at home with hush puppies and served with slaw. Now, I think I will forego fish forever. I hope tuna in the can is okay. Otherwise, I suppose I am eating mercury, radiation, and worms. I have tuna in the freezer that’s been there for two months. Maybe I can eat that. GAH!
Thanks for the heads up.
That is really an eye opener news for every guys who eat fish.
On kayaks, last year I was at a conference with the guy who did this:
http://www.instructables.com/id/Turn-your-office-into-a-kayak/
It’s based on a traditional Inuit design, skin on frame, which back in the day would have been whale bone and seal skin, but as this guy’s all about sourcing materials from one’s own environment he used old office desks and suits, made waterproof with linseed oil and wax. It’s pretty full-on, I definitely recommend giving it a read!
