Yes, probably Brugmansia (Angel’s Trumpet). This is closely related to the Datura (Jimson Weed) family and is hideously toxic, causing all manner of terrifying psychedelic and physical symptoms and, occasionally, permanent psychosis. If you wish to spend the rest of your life being chased through subterranean tunnels by flaming demons, try drinking tea made from this plant.
Surprisingly, this spectacular plant is still grown in public gardens.

Thanks! I thought it was some sort of datura. Here in the east we have datura stramonium. The flower looks like this one but the leaves are very different.
