Is there also a term for people who buy a perfectly good, but older house, tear it down, and build an HGTV-compatible house that looks completely out of place among its neighbors?

Dumb question, I didn’t read the comments and scrolled very quickly, but what’s wrong with the ‘worst flip ever’? Actually curious.
Removing the fireplace, all the molding and the flooring and replacing it with cheap modern materials such as laminate flooring and drywall. In short destroying the character of this modest and cozy 1920s San Francisco house and making it look generic.
