My okra was finished back in October. I was able to harvest the last of the pods just before our first freeze. These are drying so I can harvest the seed.
Are you sure? 😉
Plants are so…organic sometimes.
Back to yesterday’s topic for minute.
My wife has an “indoor’s cat”. It’s always had a problem with vomiting. It wasn’t that big of a deal until we just shelled out $2500 for new carpeting. I noticed the vomiting seems to occur more frequently when we occassionally put the cat outside in the backyard, and it munches on some grass. Should I stop putting her outdooors? We’ve also tried different types of kibble and eliminated, to no avail, the canned “wet” food. Can anyone offer any advice or solutions?
My advice Max would be to worm your cat. Cats and dogs often eat grass so they can vomit and get rid of worms.
Okra needs heat, so I’m guessing that yeah- your okra is done.
Thanks for the cat advice Becky. Also, I see that you are also a service Mom. Thank you for that as well.
Is that a kosher okra? 😉
All cats vomit when eating grass. This is normal and healthy. Parasites are rare in adult cats. Frequent vomiting can be hair balls, but it could be systemic illness or allergy. Ask your vet what to do.
