That Swedish guy might be my new reading-while-walking hero. That Ponte Tower is quite the thing. I’d never heard of it. And that church! Jimminy! What an undertaking. My favorite was probably about the muslin though. That’s truly remarkable and a segment of fabric history that I especially appreciated as a seamstress. You cracked me up with your recipe-first-chatter-second strategy of recipe sharing. I’ve never had a brown derby, but Matt and I have been slowly building up a repertoire of cocktails.
