  1. Pre-pandemic, I had a policy. I will implement it post-pandemic, if that ever comes to be.
    I will not wait in line more than 15-20 minutes to eat at any restaurant. If I am told of a longer wait, I politely leave. The long waits seem to add to a restaurant’s reputation as THE place to be. I’m not interested in buying into that. I can cook at home. And no mold.
