Philip K. Dick: Four Novels of the 1960s. Known in his lifetime primarily to readers of science fiction, Philip K. Dick is now seen as a uniquely visionary figure, a writer who, in editor Jonathan Lethem’s words, “wielded a sardonic yet heartbroken acuity about the plight of being alive in the twentieth century, one that makes him a lonely hero to the readers who cherish him.”
I see nothing wrong with eating meat. I do see a lot wrong with mistreating animals. We do not go out and find cows and destroy them. These animals would not exist if they were not raised for food. I raised chickens very humanely because I could not bear to think of how we get eggs and how the chickens are treated.
My friend and I dressed like a cow and had out free chick-fil-A. I got a little stuffed cow, too.
