I haven’t seen a print copy of this magazine, but they sure have a great blog going. The blog has an interesting article on citrus greening as well as evidence that modern farmer’s writers have a sense of humor. And it’s nice to see farming connected with good graphic design.
Thanks for letting us know about this magazine… I appreciate it!
Heh. I saw this at the Barnes and Noble and didn’t pick it up because it was so graphically modern. I immediately assumed it was a magazine for the same people who buy designer chicken coops.
I’m glad to hear that’s not the case. I’ll check out their blog.
I picked up this magazine at whole foods the other day. Definitely a good read, definitely good ag-journalism!
I’ve been hearing good things about this magazine from everyone, I have yet to pick up a copy, but I think I’d better jump on that bandwagon! I don’t want to miss out!
Man, thanks for this. I have been really enjoying the articles online since you posted this. In fact, I included the 21 Hands Gently Cupping Dirt in my own Wednesday Link Waterfall. Which, btw, has a bunch of econopocalypse links I think you will enjoy—in a staring at a car crash sort of way…
I got a free copy with my dairy delivery this week. I dunno. More style than substance…but then I sort of hate getting stuck with big books of shiny paper. Off to check out the blog…
