I have a book, the Ancient Engineers, that I love to read. I think I could now advise someone as to how to construct a catapult that would not kick back and kill the users as well as the targets…in case we lose the technology of our guns and such. Machines are great, but the genius of machinery without engines is genius of another kind. My physics teacher would be impressed with how much physics I use all the time.
