Maybe the present definition of “manhood” should be re-examined. The definition is just a social construct.
You always have the best weekly link roundup but I don’t get why you post them as tweets. It looks really weird in Feedly, which is how I read blogs. Maybe if I were a Twitter user I would see the advantage, but just the links would be fine by me.
Ah, good question! The reason it’s formatted that way is because all of our links come from our tweets–we tweet interesting things all week, and then use a program to easily consolidate all those tweeted links onto our blog. It’s less work for us–so the ultimate answer is “sheer laziness.” We’ll look into the Feedly situation. Thanks for the input.
Kay, Thanks for alerting me to this problem. I use Feedly to read other blogs, but have not looked at our blog in it for a long time. You are absolutely right. The links look terrible in Feedly. I’ll see what I can do about it.
Thanks for sharing these posts, especially the one about dandelion wine, it was a favorite country wine back in England and I shall have to make it here if I can find a large quantity of them which haven’t been sprayed. Interesting post regarding the compostable plastic cups too.
